Licencing agreements with Audible Magic

Audible Magic, our newest channel integration, is expanding its UGC licensing agreements with additional services/platforms, including:

• JPay JPay provides communication and entertainment services to incarcerated persons in certain US correctional facilities

• ViaPath offers a Download Service and a Subscription Service via specialized tablet devices and in-prison kiosks in those facilities

• Keefe Group supplies food, electronics, clothing, and technology products to correctional facilities and provides pre-loaded media players for music downloads

• Turnkey Corrections installs touchscreen kiosks in facilities, allowing inmates to purchase music devices and downloads

• Broadtime.com builds websites and interactive music kiosks for independent record stores, offering the Download Service.
